This is when we start to get to know each other. We want to learn about your remodeling hopes and dreams and the investment you would like to work with. If you would like, we will share more information about our design/build process, our designers and our carpenters. We can also provide you with references on completed projects.

Prelimiary Design and Estimate

First we review our design agreement. Then, we combine your hopes and dreams with our imagination and experience to create initial drawings, keeping in mind your lifestyle and tastes. Preliminary estimates help us hone the design to accommodate your budget.

Step Three

Documents and Contract

With the scope and character of the project defined, construction drawings, specifications, and schedules are prepared and become the basis of a fixed price construction agreement. Permit drawings are prepared and submitted to the appropriate municipal building department.

Step Four

Construction and Completion

One of our experienced lead carpenters is assigned to build and manage your project from start to finish. Consideration is given to your needs and lifestyle during the course of construction. Areas not remodeled are protected to reduce dust intrusion until the project is completed, cleaned and prepared for you to enjoy.
